Very exciting news for our neighbors and the Diamond Mountain Fire Safe Council.
We are 203 Parcels in Napa County encompassing 3764 acres.
Our Community Wildfire Protection Plan (CWPP) is complete and has been received required signatures. Those parties include Napa County District 3 Supervisor Diane Dillon, Fire Marshal Napa County JC Greenberg, Napa County Fire Chief Geoff Belyea, President of Napa Communities Firewise Foundation Christopher Thompson, and Diamond Mountain Fire Safe Council President Jerry Newell. Our sincere thanks goes out to them and our team that authored this important document. With a little luck and some more hard work the CWPP should make us eligible for Grants to help improve fuel mitigation in our Fire Safe Council Area.
