Dear Neighbor,
We hope you are well and have found ways to survive and even thrive in this C-19 era. We have not been able to physically get together in our Fire Safe Council, but we are still here. We want to make sure that, as a community, we are preparing for our next challenge, Wildfire Season.
We are contacting you as a homeowner within the Diamond Mountain Fire Safe Council, to make sure that we have the best information about you and your property in our secure data base. It was developed at the request of firefighters to help them be safer and more effective in fighting a Wildland Fire. We are proud of the success that we have had with it.
2019 was our first year working with the database and we are hoping you will add your information this year.
IF YOU HAVEN’T YET SIGNED IN, CREATED A PASSWORD, AND FILLED OUT THE PERSONAL AND PROPERTY PROFILES - NOW IS THE TIME.
Go to www.diamondmountainfiresafe.org and select the Member button. Create your account and fill out the Personal and Property Profiles. There is a tutorial on the website to help you with the form. If have a specific question or want more help, please contact us by email admin@diamondmountainfiresafe.org and we can set up a phone call or Zoom meeting and we can help you get it done.
On June 15th, the 2020 Edition DMFSC Fire Department Pre Plan will be delivered to CalFire, Calistoga Fire Department, St Helena Fire Department and a copy will be placed in the Knox Box at the bottom of Diamond Mountain Road. We want to give you the opportunity to be a part of it.
